Responsibilities:

Perform business requirement gathering, analysis, SAP HANA Finance configuration and customization-Chart of accounts, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center accounting, Profit Center accounting, product costing, etc.

Integrate SAP HANA FICO modules with other SAP modules and third-party systems as required for seamless business processes.

Oversee data migration and conversion activities to ensure accurate and timely transition to SAP HANA FICO. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for SAP HANA FICO implementations, ensuring the highest level of quality and adherence to best practices.

Provide training to end-users and support teams on SAP HANA FICO functionalities, ensuring smooth adoption and ongoing support.

Stay abreast of SAP HANA FICO advancements, recommending and implementing best practices for continuous improvement.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to SAP HANA FICO configurations, processes, and solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another business-related field.

6-8 years of proven experience as an SAP HANA FICO consultant with a focus on end to end implementations.

In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA Finance (FICO) modules and their integration with other SAP modules.

Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and business processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills and Competencies:

Expertise in SAP HANA Finance (FICO) configuration and customization.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and end-user training/support skills Project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables.

Knowledge of data migration and conversion processes.
