Job description

Salesforce Service Cloud Developers concentrate on customizing, configuring, and enhancing the Salesforce Service Cloud environment to improve customer service operations and experience. Their aim is to tailor the Service Cloud to meet specific business requirements and customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customizing the Service Cloud console, implementing custom service workflows, and automating service processes.
  • Developing custom solutions within Service Cloud using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Integrating Service Cloud with other Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Subscription Management, Voice) and external systems as required for customer service processes.
  • Ensuring optimal performance of Service Cloud implementations and adherence to best practices.
  • Providing technical support and maintenance for Service Cloud environments.

Skills and Tools:

  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud features and capabilities.
  • SFDC Administrator and Advanced Administrator Certifications
  • SFDC Developer II Certification
  • Experience developing Lightning components , Bolts etc.
  • Experience building Salesforce Community sites
  • Apex Code
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components.
  • JavaScript Framework Experience – (React)
  • Front end web dev experience ( Bootstrap, HTML etc) –
  • RESTful Web Services / Exposing and consuming Salesforce API’s
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles for creating efficient service interfaces.
